Alright im gonna start the power range shock routine

let u knw how it gos im guessign ill get really good results because until now i dont even workout my abs back or legs

some leg workouts i dotn know wht they are does anyone know a site tht explains how to do them or shows any pics

linkmmaster im looking in ur direction

hollt first try at it just did tris / bis and im feeeling it dont think ive done a workotu to "push my limits" tht much
