Hello All. Happy Holidays. I'm always on sites about surfing, saltwater flyfishing, and boating, but I never thought to look for a forum on weight training. Well, now I have, and I'm glad that I found this forum.
I live at the beach, on the same island as Atlantic City. Nice place, but getting too cold for fishing and surfing. I work out about four times a week at a pretty weak gym, that has an average member age of about 60. It's very close to my house, so that's a major positive. Although, it's hard to get inspired to work hard when Blanche and Stella are discussing their grandkids. Not many young people there.
Anyway, to get in the mood to push hard, I listen to my music. Lots of hardcore and metal stuff. My wife hates it, and my daughter laughs when i put it on the cd player.
