Alright, should be starting by this Mon (1/28) or the next. Current stats are pathetic but...

ht-5'9.5"
wt-180-185lbs
BF%- ? (looks 20ish, but could be water)

Weeks 1-12
Prop @ 100mg/eod

weeks 1-10
EQ @ 400mg/wk

weeks 1-4
T3 @ 50mg/ed

weeks 7-12
Winny @ 50mg/ed

weeks 2-8
Arimidex @ .25mg/ed

weeks 9-12
Nolva @ .2mg/ed

weeks 9-14
T3 @ 50mg/ed wks 9-10
____100mg/ed wks 11-12
_____50mg/ed wks 13-14

Clomid @ 100mg/ed for 7 days, starting day after last shot of Prop
_________50mg/ed next 14 days

I'm using these products:
Prop- Brovel T-50 and T-100
EQ- Ttokkyo Boldenone 200
Winny- Ttokkyo Stanozol (100mg/ml)

Gopro,
May add some "super" clen on the second T3 run. I dunno, yet. Availability. If I use anything else, it'll be a NYCA. I mix my own pretty strong:
Norephedrine HCL- 25mg
Yohimbine HCL- 3mg
Caffeine- 300mg
Asprin- 81mg
But again, I'm undecided about using it during cycle or if I'll use it when I come off the T3 for a smoother transition.

I'm hoping to keep enough cals (through protein) to make some moderate gains through this one, so I'm not expecting to drop below 9-10%. 10 is my goal for now. But I'll take what I can get.

how many cals a day would you take in relative to your maintenace level to achieve that.. like 200 below or right on or what?

Bassically, I'm trying not to go more than 5lbs below my current weight, but I'll take what I can get. As for diet, I'm gonna' start @ -500 of caloric reqs, 300 above BMR @ appr. 60/25/15 keeping protein @ 1.85-2g/lb bodyweight and carbs @ no less than 90g and fat @ 35ish g. appr 2200 to start and adjust from there. Had too many bad experiences w/ keto and catabolism, and w/ T3 in the mix gotta have some carbs (oats/whole wht tortillas/broccoli/skim milk). I'm not trying to focus too much on counting cals, b/c I'll be burning over 700cals in training + T3. I'll keep my progress posted. Should start next Mon (2/4).

They sell it everywhere...problem is getting real stuff. Years ago it was much easier for guys to find a reliable supplier, now, can be difficult. But, if you want it bad enough, you'll find someone.

started T3 on Sun, 1st shot Mon. Decided to do the Prop 100/MWF and 50mg/TRS. I have the gear and I might as well. Due to unalterable reasons *cough* USPS sux *cough* I'm gonna stick the EQ @ 400 on Wed. I had planned on 200/MW, but oh well. What's a good cycle if you don't change it after you start anyways?

I swear I thought b4 3pm the next day meant that it would be delivered b4 3pm the next day and not 3days later. I must be wrong, unless it's not the 1 w/ my head up... nevermind.

Yes, the language can often be confusing when dealing with steroids.

Are they worth the hassle? Well, that is up to the individual I guess...just like anything else...

Norephedrine is the same shit as ephedrine right? If it is then taking ephedrine and yohimbine together is extremely dangerous on your heart. I am basing this on my buddy who owns a health shop and gets all these frickin pamphlets on dangerous combinations, apparently taking those two on the same day is asking for big time shit, yes, even with aspirin. Again I can't give you a web page or anything about it, just giving you a 'heads up' pal

Thanx, Iron. I realize th danger, but I've been keepin' an eye on my RHR pretty dang close. AAnd norephedrine isn't quite as taxing on the cardio system from a coupla' studies I've heard. Out of all the ingredients in the mix, the caffeine seems to have the most pronounced effect on my heart rate. I've stopped takin' the mix and won't start until I'm off the T3, but at 1 point, my resting HR got up to 135 w/ 3oomg caffeine. I cut it back to 100 and I've been fine. I think I'm gonna boycott OTC fatburners in the future, as even w/ my heart rate that high, my body temp was below normal. @ 135 BPM, it was 96.2F . Yeah, that's what i thought, too. Clen here I come .

Yes, but the thing to remember is that the hassle is a necessary evil. You can't use any kind of supplement w/o knowing exactly what you are putting in your body, its purpose and what/how it works. The same goes for all inputs, food, drink, supps, etc... The only thing is that most of the time, risks and results go hand-in-hand. Meaning that you have to have hormone supplementation down to a science to be safe. Might not be in a nut shell, but that's my honest feeling on it.

Sweet thanks for the advice!! I'm really still trying to work out my diet and get that down, if i can hook up with someone that knows what they're doin' i might head down that track (give it about 3mths)
