Right, 25 sounds like a good # between actual balling & J/O! As far as using my discipline- it's better spent on lifitng heavier, more often & a wiser diet!

Back when I was 13>18 I prolly J/O ave 60x's a month easily!!! The rare day I wouldn't do it was counter balanced by the day I'd do it 5x's!!! Good luck to these guys!
