I'm 34, 6-1in, 193lb working out 4 days a week, 1 body part a week. I work 4-5 days a week, 12 hr shifts 7-7. It is hard to 5-6 meals a day. Most of the time I fix my meals and bring them to work. I work as a paramedic; sometimes I don't get back to the station except for a meal or two. I'm taking 100% whey and just started to use ProLab N-Large wt gainer to try to put some mass on. On a good day I get about 2000 cal, close to 190 grams of protein. Still it is hard to get the calories and ect.. in. The N-Large 2 has 600 calories in one shake and 52 grams of protein. Wondering should I switch to another wt gainer that has more calories??

Weight gainers are pure crap. Make your own - it is easy to pack in the calories and they will be healthy calories.

Read the plan I wrote in this thread: here . It might give you an idea of what you can do.
