New diet

I am going to start this new diet as soon as i get back from my business trip in the Bahamas which is Thursday so i thought i would let everyone look at it so that i can make adjustments. Stats
Height:5'8"
Weight.195lb
Body fat% 15.5
Meal 1:
4 egg whites
4oz of ham
1 cup of oatmeal.
Meal 2
4 oz of lean meat
1 cup of brown rice
Work out
Meal 3
1 can of tuna with non-fat mayo, mustard
Meal 4
Protein shake
Wrestling practice
Meal 5
8oz of meat
1 yam
veggies
Meal 6 protein shake
Bed.

2. You need more veggies
3. Your diet is lacking EFA's and you need some EFA's with your protein shakes
