Low sugar Oj
Am Snack
4 oz Cheeseburger cooked on Foreman Grill
8 oz of water
Fruit roll-up
Lunch
Pastrami Sandwich with Muenster Cheese and lots of mayo on Ciabatta bread
Steak fries with cheeze whiz
Little Debbie Jelly Roll
Pm Snack
Protein Shake with ON 100% Whey, The grease from the burger cooked on the Formean grill, raw egg, 1tsp of cod liver oil, skittles for flavor.
An Oatmeal pie
Dinner
Pork Roll
Cheese Kielbasa
1/2 container of cake icing, strawberry
A big chocolate chip cookie
32 oz of Chocolate milk
Late Night Snack
1 bowl of lucky Charms with Strawberry Quik
4 Icee pop things, strawberry, lime, orange and grape.
So what do you pros think, I am gonna be ripped by March, eh?

I know, I think I will be very glycogen depleted, in which case I will double my icing and fruit roll-up intake.
