Hey guys... I just wanted some opinions on my current diet, and where I can improve.
Here's my stats:
19 years old
5' 10"
178lbs
Goal: to reach 185-190, then cut.
Breakfast: 1 ON's Pro-Complex shake (2 scoops) w/ skim milk
1 bowl of Raisin Bran, Smart Start, or Nature Valley's "Optimum Power" cereal.
Mid-morning: 1 low-fat Yoplait yogurt
1 Nature Valley Granola Bar or an apple or orange
Lunch: 1 or 2 PB & J sandwitches (natural PB), or 2 Tuna-Fish & lettuce sandwitches. All on whole-wheat Sara-Lee bread (No HFCS, or Corn Syrup).
Mid Afternoon: 1 ON's Pro-Complex Shake (2 scoops) w/ skim milk
1 IDS's CreaSTIM drink
*workout*
After work out: 1 ON's Pro-Complex Shake (2 scoops) or 1 ON's Regular-Whey shake (2 scoops) w/ L-Glutamine powder.
about an hour later: Dinner: Chicken, Fish, potatoes, salad (no dressing) w/ cottage cheese. Lots of veggies, and occasionally rice. If it's a red-meat I'll cut back the other's and only have small portion. Usually around 650-750 calories during this time.
Before bed (around 10:00-11:00pm) 1 scoop of On's regular-whey in skim milk (otherwise I wake up during the night starving).
Anyways, how do I need to improve this? Do you think I'm getting enough calories and protein (usually around 175-190g's a day of protein) ?
I don't drink pop, eat fast food, or any of that either...
My goal for now is to continue bulking, and then to cut up around Jan-Feb 05'.
Thanks!
-Matt
