HCG & Nolva during and PCT

i'm coming to realize that nolva alone won't cut it... if one were to do a cycle of test E for about 10 weeks at 500mg/wk, would they take any nolva during the cycle and during the time between last shot and start of pct... 10mg/ED or 20mg/EOD? what about the HCG throughout and during the time between last shot and start of pct... 500iu 2x/wk?

as for post cycle, would they be wise to use this pct schedule... will the test E cause enough shutdown to warrant:

Week 12: 5000IU HCG total + 20mg Nolvadex daily
Week 13: 5000IU HCG total + 20mg Nolvadex daily
Week 14: 2500IU HCG total + 20mg Nolvadex daily
Week 15: 20mg Nolvadex daily
Week 16: 20mg Nolvadex daily
Week 17: 20mg Nolvadex daily

still learning and just trying to get my ducks in a row... got plenty of time to learn so gimme whatcha can... thanks, 19-chief.

btw, gotta run for the evening but i will be back in the morning to see whatcha think...

I would say that you would want to run your HCG during your cycle at 250iu 2 times a week for the last 4 or 5 weeks of your cycle. You will want to run your Nolva at a 50/40/30/20 dose. 50mg/ED for the first week, 40mg/ED for the 2nd week, and so on.

Better to avoid atrophy than fix it when its broken, HCG during cycle, then drop it a week after your last shot if you even need it then.

thanks guys... also, will running nolva 10mg ED be any good for the bloat?

so, do you guys think the 5000iu PCT is too much? what about startin pct one week from last injection... the reason i ask is if the nolva takes a while to peak, starting it 3-4 days before the half life day should run smoothly, no?

purdue, my only concern is that i was thinking of loading up a little bit on the first day... maybe 500-750mg first injection then 250mg every 4th day. want to make sure i can nip any shutdown that may occur.

and mudge, if they were to run HCG the entire way do you agree that 250mg 2x/wk is enough?

You don't want to run HCG during your post cycle, because it is suppressive to your test production. You want to run it with your cycle. If you want to cut down on bloating, you will want to take a weaker anti-estrogen like Arimidex or Femara. If you block too much of the estrogen, your gains will suffer substantially. I suppose that a low dose of 10mg EOD or so would be ok. Wait till someone else weighs in on that part.

These are not weak at all. Using Dex or Femara makes it much more likely that you will lower estrogen too much. 10-20 mg nolva/day on cycle is fine. I wouldn't worry about bloat on .5 gram Test E / week.

thanks for the input gentlemen... i think i have it mapped out properly but i have am attaching it for review... i am only questioning the transition between "ON" and "PCT". just want to make sure my timing is right.

H= HCG
W= winny
N= nolva

and if diet determines the bloat factor, do i just avoid the usuals and drink a sh!tload of water? (high GI carbs, excess sodium, processed foods, MRP's, etc.)

IMO, your PCT looks fine. you have to remember that everyone is different when it comes to what dosages and drugs they need to recovery fully post cycle. you also have to look at the length of the cycle and what drugs you were using ? there is a lot of trial (and hopefully little error) when it comes to PCT.

keep a log of your cycles and what PCT you used for future reference and how you felt, etc...

I don't think your diet will be a big factor when it comes to bloat. Excess sodium & processed foods should be avoided for other reasons.
