meal 4: 8oz meat spagetti oj antioxidents efas

4130 calories 222 protien 650 carbs 84 fat (20 grams omega 3's and 10 from flax seed oil and 54 from regular fat)

I gather with that diet your are trying to bulk. Be careful of the fat you may put on with it.

I'd suggest healthier options though and more protein. You meals are lacking nutrition, complex carbs, vegetables and omega 3's.

At that weight, I would start at a much smaller number of calories and increase gradually. There's no need to put on a lot of excess fat while bulking. In fact, it's counterproductive. It will require you to cut for longer to achieve your desired body composition.

Start at something more reasonable, like 20x your bodyweight in calories. If you don't gain any weight after 2 weeks or so, then increase your calories by 5-10%. Repeat this process until weight gain occurs, and then stay at that number of calories until weight gain stops.
