How much 4-ad should I stack with a 1-ad cycle

I'm gonna do a 300mg a day 1-ad ... How much 4-ad should I stack with it to reduce sides ?

How ya , another question is 4-ad by ergopharm is the Select 300 Androdiol right ?

Well, if you don't already have your 4AD, you should get a transdermal 4AD, like 4Derm by Dermabolics. You shouldn't take 2 orals at once.

There is nothing wrong with taking two orals at once. Just don't take two methyls at once. Oral 4-AD has horrible bioavailability. Transdermal is much more effective. 150 mg twice daily (300 mg/day) of transdermal 4-AD is a good dose, IMO.
