My friend told me that I shouldnt be taking the Protein Powder w/ milk because the milk absorbs it too quickly. He suggested water. What do you all reccomend? Also, Right now Im doing 3 scoops with 2% milk right after my workout. Should I go for 1 scoop before, 1 after, and 1 before bed?? thanks in advance |

its the other way around, milk slows down the process. After a workout, you dont want to drink it with milk, drink it with water and some sort of carbs like oats.
