Ground oats + whey + water .. you could also have a banana along with that if you wish. Volumes will depend on your stats and total daily cals of your diet.

Bulking
40 grams WPI + 50 grams maltodextrin & 50 grams dextrose
Maintaining
40 grams WPI + 1/2 cup whole oats, 1 banana & 25 grams dextrose
Cutting
40 grams WPI + 1.5 cups whole oats
