M1T and tylenol/advil?

Hello,
I just start a M1T cycle last week and ive been having some headaches, not big ones but just enough to piss me off 
, can I take tylenol or advil to help it or it is best not to?

No problem. Try aspirin 3 times daily. It should improve after a few days.
