Here's the thing. Starting asap, I'd like a new routine for the gym. I enjoy the routine that I have now, and have altered it slightly every now and again, to keep improving. But, now I'm bored of it, and what better way to start of the new year (or slightly before new years) with a new routine!! I read the sticky about the power/shock/rep range, and am liking the sounds of it, but I think what I really need is a good cutting routine, and am not 100% sure about what to do! I'm just kind of guessing that, but seeing as my goal is really to lose some fat, that's probably best?
