Help with PWO (no protein powder or creatine)

Just got back from the doctor's office it was suggested that I stay off protein shakes and creatine for the next three months. My liver enzymes have been consistently elevated for the past 6 months and I have not been drinking at all. Although they are only slightly elevated the doctor thinks it might be my body reacting to supplements because everything else has come up negative. Anyone have any ideas? I've been consistently training for the past 3 years and keep a very clean diet. I don't supplement with anything else other than fish oil capsules twice a day and a multivitamin at night. I would hate to lose my gains, can anyone suggest how I should eat after my workouts? Thanks

oatmeal and eggwhites. Eggwhites are a quick digesting protein and oatmeal for your carbs.
