Don't waste your time with fad machines or lots of crunches. Do heavy compound lifts that require your ab muscles as a stabilizer, and do weighted ab work. I've been doing situps and captain's chairs. |

You are right, I can sometimes see my upper abs in the 13-14% range (in the mornings) I was always told not to do weighted abs work but I never listened and I was right!! LOL. The way I do mine (and everyone is different) is I do one week weighted ab work and one week without weights, first one is for mass and second for shape, just like when bulking and cutting.......
