If they are the calculators I am thinking of - Neither are accurate at all. According to one I am a physiological anomaly as I have a negative BF%!!

All online calculators are basically inaccurate.

The better one you will find at www.mybodycomp.com but even that is inaccurate and should only be used as a 'trend' calculator (that is, you want what the numbers do over time, but do not take any notice of the number itself).

Calipers are your best bet in terms of cost effective BF measures.
