I've been relatively relaxed with my diet the past few days. Not bad, but not my usual either. I very rarely take a "cheat day" or "cheat meal", so I don't feel guilty about cheating on Christmas. I'm still keeping my protein high and I'll burn off the junk tomorrow.
No worries.. I'll be back on track tomorrow.
