Hi folks,
10 year personal trainer her needed some other peoples info for a partner im currently lifting with. ive explained to him the reprocutions of excersize and drinking and long nights. he knows my background (ACSM & ACE CERTIFIED) BUT I think because its coming from me hes slipping and beginning to regress.
any response relating to the effects of long nights-drinking while trying to build quality mass and strenght would be great.

well, it's hindering his progress..it's like driving with the ebrake on...he can go forward, but not make much progress..

I agree and i have explained in depth the effects on central nervous system and how it effects gains and the process for such--but i think because its coming from me his long time buddy it doesnt sink in. hes seen my before and afters, certificates etc.. but you know how it is!! so hopefully a few of these and hell put a little more thought into it.

I am a college student so I am quite farmiliar with those late nights with lots of alcohol consumption. I must say I have nearly eliminated them, well so I like to say lol. I definetly feel soft and mushy the morning after a night of drinking. Not to mention all those empty calories.
