I'm trying to figure out how many calories I ate today. Problem is my math is not too good. For one meal I ate a whole can of baked beans. It's a 16 oz can. The side of the can says a serving size is 1/2 cup, and there are about 3.5 servings per can. There are 130 calories per serving. How do I go about figuring out how many calories are in the whole can which I ate? What I did is multiply 3.5 times 130 and came up with 455. But I don't know if that is correct. Please help. Thanks.
