iam 21 year old male weight 205 height is 5,8 and i would like to lose weight so heres my cutting diet. i eat around 2,200 calories a day
9:30 1/2 cup of oatmeal, with 1/2 cup of water, 1scop of alllthewheyprotein, 4eggs
12:30 2 whole grain bread slices, 7 slices of turkey breast or ham 95% fat free both, 1 tuna, 1 can of pinto beans.
3:30 1 tuna, 1 can of pinto beans, 2 bags of baby carrots, 1 slice of whole grain bread.
6:30 1 tuna, 1 can of pinto beans, 2 bags of baby carrots.
9:00 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
any comments would be apricated

How many calories are in those bags of baby carrots?
How big are the cans of tuna?
Too me, it looks like way too many carbs and not enough protein. How did you figure the calories count?

Its 1 whole can of tuna and i get about 200-220 grams of protien a day jbl
