I've never done any injectables yet, so I'm still out of the loop on a few things. I read the spot injections sticky (saving me from asking how to shoot), but I still have a question. I hear people saying they use their delts at times, glutes another, quads, calves, etc... is there something wrong with using the same area all the time? I just got a tetnus shot in the delt and I figure that wouldn't be a bad spot; it's more appealing than shoving a needle into my ass--just wondering why it wouldn't work continuously.
Thanks-

a lot of people say that they inject into the area which they want to gain most in, like pecks or sumthing, kind of like "spot training" a muscle. however my step dad told me he never got any kind of boost in a single muscle like that.

You rotate sites to let scar tissue heal. It depends on the frequency of the shots but ideally there is no reason at all, to be doing 10 weeks of shots in one same spot.
Ass is pretty common as are delts, those are my 4 favorite sites.

Can't oil build-up in the same area cause an abcess? I thought that's one of the main reasons it was good to rotate.
