Breakfast:6.00 Am 1.You eat OATS with no brown sugar no milk no artificial sweetner nothing pure oats and remeber if it doesn't taste like shit it's not working. 2.You eat a green apple (Yes fatty this is the best part of your day) Ok fatty off to whatever it is you do during you day and remeber no choclate think of lola and how fat you are. 2nd breakfast 9.00 Am: Get yourself a protein shake and drink it with water (remember if it doesn't taste like shit it's not working.) ok fatty back to your life till lunch.... Lunch 12.00 pm :Guess what man it's lunch time Yippie!...oooh but oops! no pizza for you no sir you too fat (it's true lola said so) so you eat : -1/2 potato microwaved or raw either way it has to taste bad. (put it in a plastic bag and cook it on max for 5 mins Honestly do i have to tell you everything?) -1 cup of cooked broccoli (made in nothing ...NO no teaspoon of salt nope just like that and eat it half raw and let the broccoli juice drip it has to taste real bad then it's working) -1 large skinless chicken breast or fish(no salt remember) that's lunch!(thank GOD!) feeling sick man? yup it's working! remember no choclate not even that healthy crap. Afternoon tea 3.00pm: drink another one of those bad tasting protein shake's remeber water not milk it's not the same(if you read the stickies you'd know) Ok so 3-4 you train ? ok man rember to get yourself a good workout routine and rember move your fat ass when you done your sweat has to drip on the floor and no don't lick it up it's salty and WE DON'T LIKE SALT!!!!!!!!!! Dinner 6.00 pm: repeat your lunch meal no butt's fatty do it this is your abs we talkin bout and lola. Ok man that's it and rember to get your fat ass in bed by 9.00pm no late night movie for you ,you have to get up at 4/5 am and run your fat ass. And then when you finally look like luke or who ever you go to burger king get yourself a burger and eat it....notice anyhing?YEp it taste good but you'd rather have your broccoli?Yup the sweet feeling of guilt is upon you my friend and yes it doesn't taste as good as lola does it? Drink alot of water nope none of that that diet soda crap nope you drink Duckade(water) and when you get a craving for chocalte's you drink some more duckade ok man that's it...... Sorry if i sound like an asshole, and yes you probably wanna kick my ass by now. But this is what kept me going and i have done some amazing stuff man. But you have to want this so bad you can taste it,it's like when you get to 19%bf you abs are rock hard you can feel them but you can't see them and you so close to them but yet so far trust me i've been threw this and this is what i have compiled out of my own and done out of my own. Hope this helps and i wanna see those abs in the next pic you post k man? And to everyone else i'm sorry if something is wrong in my diet or so plz make suggestions whatever but my point in this whole disgusting post is motivation and to help this guy as i know what he is going threw. Remember Desire(lola)+consistency=succes this is someone is on these forums motivation and it is truely mine aswell so to whoever this belongs to Respect man! -cheers |

Most noobs(if i may call them that?) to bodybuilding expect creatine to work for them and give them muscles without much fuss and when it doesn't work they move on to steroids and such (not that i'm bashing steroid users and such I just think the rewards of looking half of that what a steroids user does without any steroids is better) and even with steroids you still need to work your ass off to get those muscles. Just a thought. |
