If i were you i would try to rely less on protein powder and try to get more real food. When looking to add fat just add some fish oil caps. Also when on a cut many tried to avoid bread, and fruit such as apples and oranges. Try to balance all of your meals out more. Get the breakfast, lunch, dinner thing out of your head and make all meals equal, don't skimp out on meals 2 and 4.

i'm with neddost on the protein powder situation. it's my opinion that whey is really only good after a workout. but some people like to use it as a meal. i'd say only use it for emergencies when there is absolutely no time to cook (or ur tired or whatever).

IMO food is always the best.

anyways:
meal two... try so cottage cheese instead of 1/2 of one of those protein scoops. or better yet, make it into a real meal. same thing with meal 4. if you want to keep the protein powder, maybe try 1/2 a chicken breast and only one scoop of powder?

just my 2c.

Fruit is not entirely bad on a cut. Berries, apples, and grapefruits are fine for most.
