What are your opinions of this workout I came across??

Wondering if anyone thought is was worthwhile as a change of pace from doing low rep high weight workouts for pretty much the past year. I think my joints need a rest from that, so I found this, it seemed submaximal, so I was pondering giving it a shot, just wanted some opinions on it...thanks

I personally gave it a quick skim and the guy is basically applying Prilepins table to full body workout. I think the volume is too much especially at the percentages he prescribes...80% of your 1RM for the first weeks with 10 sets of 3 reps??? That is a bit much ... I wouldn't go over 5 or 6 sets like that and for only ONE exercise. If you take a look at the speed work incorporated into Louie Simmon's WS barbell...he does 10x3 for speed days...at about 50-60% of your 1RM on just ONE exercise. This seems like overtraining in its finest. T-Nation has better articles and routines from what I've seen ... scrap this ... or do a search on Prilepins table and make your own routine, which is what i've done .
