why not just do them in the aerobic room at the gym? What is the purpose of going outside with the weight? It doesn't change the exercise except for the fact that you will probably piss off a bunch of drivers in the parking lot.

RC can do them in the PL cause no pissed off driver gunna say nothin

Never done lunges, but me and my boy used to do parking lot farmer walks cuz it was a small gym (and i worked there)
Now i usually just throw like 405 onto a bar and do some lunges after i front squat 585....LITE WEIGHT!
