Felt a bit of it on tuesday but it wasn't as bad till after cardio, ooh that was such a bad day.. Hurt to sit down or stand up. Now today isn't so bad, my form was great and I knew what I could lift (not much weight) but there still is a bit of burn. Now I hope when I rest that my muscles fully recover so I can keep up.. But at this point it just feels like certain death
