Some of you said I should do a Journal. So here it is.
I will finish it off later as I left all my details at home.

Goal = Is to slim down while building bigger chest, arms, back and toning legs.
My workout is as follows.
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday...
Thursday: 30mins on stepper machine for CV
Friday:
Saturday: 30mins on stepper machine for CV
