ok so i kno that a way to get that extra ripped look it by useing some kind of diuretics, to get rid of excess water retension and bloating. u can see from my pics that i am fairly toned. but what i really see as a weakness is my lower abs, i want the fat gone, and i want my level of definition to go way up. can anyone recomend some good products( ones u have acually used or kno someone who used em) i have a limited budget, i dont wanna be wasting my money. its really hard to get big with my body type. i dont have any natural size to put muslce on to, i dont have enough body to work with. thats why i now wanna get ripped as hell. people tell me im ripped but im not seein it. i want the rich gaspari look. any help would be appreciated. THANKS.
