Also she was workin my shoulders and did this stretch thing with my hand back up over my head (chest stretch) and i got pins and needles in my hand, she told me not to put anymore size on my delts cause the muscle was getting pinched in the socket and cutting off the circulation, and that if i didn't i would have to get my shoulders operated on like her and then showed me 2 wicked scars on her shoulders. As far as the headaches, that could be more serious. Make sure you are not holding your breath when lifting and that it could be from elevated blood pressure. Come to think of it....mine always fall asleep on me when I am sleeping. |

It's a headache. i'll still ask the doc when i'm there i think.
