chicken, turkey, salmon, shrimp, and crab all come in cans as well. Hard boiled eggs are easy as are shakes. I personally eat around 2-3 of those pouches of tuna a day, but I think you should be fine as long as you keep it out of every meal, maybe just a few. One more thing, where the hell are your veggies? gotta eat your veggies, throw those in with your no carb meals, they wont add too much. I hope your taking a good multivitamin with that diet.

Have you seriously tried that diet?? I think after 1 week, you will be ready to commit suicide at the very sight of a can of Tuna!!
