When will I wear this pizza on my ass?

Seriously, I have been bulking and sometimes I'll eat a pizza or cheeseburger. When I eat this crap (say once a week), when will I wear it on my body? I workout 5 days a week and eat pretty healthy most of the time.

My guess is that because it takes 3 days to get through your system (generally), I will see the full results by the 3rd day. Your thoughts?

well cheats are not mad especially when bulking, i mean if you cook cheeseburgers your self use lean beef, or even at mcdonalds the cheese burger only got 10 grms fat, the double has 15. it aint gonna kill ya.

No, I eat $6.oo burgers and pizzas. If I can determine when they are showing up on my body, if I like the results, I'll up my eating of these things to 2x per week. I need to jump start my muscle gains. I've been eating like this for a couple of months now and my visual gains are very good...exciting after 2 years of crap growth (8 years of lifting). And, I lift as hard as anyone I know...I should have known it was my lack of calories that was holding me back.

i cheat on the weekends
that way my bodys metabolism is raised in the week

when you eat liek this.. is it steady throughout the day or for only 1 meal and then you get back to your healthy eating routine?
