I am at University, and I'm a Fresher..so I got loads of free time basically, and I am currently doing a 3 day split routine, but is there anyway I can go everyday? I am Trying to put on Mass as my aim btw.
I currently have a split like :
Mon : Chest,Shoulders,Triceps
Wed: Back, Biceps
Fri: Legs, Abs
I've been told unless Im on juice there is no way because your body won't recover.....Not even with all the glutamine and protein in the world

...but seriously...just wondering because I actually like pumping iron, makes me feel good.
