PWO Source of carbs...?

If you believe in taking in some carbs with your PWO shake...what source do you use to do so?

I usually use a combination of oats, dextrose and banana's

Usually oats and skim milk/skim milk powder.. Sometimes banana or yoghurt.

My pwo shake is with cranberry juice, that's all the carbs i get until i feast a little while later...

so how do u take dextrose.. just buy some dextrose from GNC or wherever and take it plain??

I started a couple of weeks ago mixing up my own Gatorade and drinking that during and postworkout. I read that the sugar in there is glucose, which is the kind your muscles use for energy, so it seemed like a good choice to me. And I also mix it a little stronger to get more carbs in my system.

It depends on my goals. During my cuts I only use oats. But if I'm bulking I sometimes use a bannana or some grits. I cycle everything so I am changing all the time.
