When is full ..well full

i am in my bulking stage..(just my first week into it)
I DO NOT kno my maintenance nor care to take the time to find out.
ive been calculating everything i take in my body and notice that im not taking in more than 2,500-3,00 cals a day and when i eat... im not all that full.(eating 5-6 meals a day)
is it okay to say eat 8 meals a day or to up the portions of my 5-6 meals per day.

They're gonna want to see your current diet first. Kinda hard to assess how much you should be eating before first knowing what you are already eating.

meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal
1-2 servings of ON whey protein w/ water
3 egg whites
multi
flax oil pill
meal 2: 1 can tuna
3 eggs
2 slices wheat bread
pre-wo:2 servings of ON w/water
1 banana
post-wo:1 cup oats
2 servings ON
meal 5: chicken breast
brocolli ( veggies)
2 slices wheat bread
flax oil pill
meal 6: 1 can tuna
3 egg whites
.5 cup cottage cheese
