Saturday i woke up and couldnt move my neck. This is tuesday and my neck is still really sore and tight. Im afraid to work out becuase i want this to heal. So should i or shouldnt i. any suggestions.

Sounds like you just slept on it wrong. I hate it when that happens!!! Personally, I'd give the upper body another day or two of rest, but that's just me.

No, don't work-out.

The last time I had a "stiff neck" it took 7 days to heal.
