I was initially doing only 8 but after losing weight/muscle a little too fast for what i was losing fat wise i figured i should bump my calories slight so now im at 9 times for my weight which Like i said isn't ideal 10 would be better and I AM an ecto so it should be less for endos. If i was really obese(im cutting down from originally 20 percent) I would definitely do 7 to 8 X the whole way which would have been around 1400 to 1500 calories a day.
