| 6 am: MRM Metameal |
| 7 am: 8ox tuna, celery, flax oil |

4 pm: 8 oz chicken breast, sweet potato, 3 fish oil caps, Geratol multivitamins, wheat germ, flax oil, BCAAs and No-Xplode |
| 9 pm: Lean 8 oz steak, 1/2 sweet potatoes, 3 fish oil caps |
| 10: 1 cup of cottage cheese |
