Training as diet?

I'v been training for 2 months now, and I'v gained quite a bit of muscle mass, yet my weight didn't increase. Not only that, I even eat now more than before, having no need to restrain my stomach as before. This is really awesome, I didn't know training has such an effect. I would just like to know, wether this effect will continue, or I'll have to return to my diet later. Put it in other words - Is it true that people who regulary go to gym can allow themselves not to be hungry anymore?

Your appetite adjusts to your diet.

Muscle mass requires additional caloric expenditure to maintain. Basically, you get bigger and you eat bigger. At a certain point your body will probably become comfortable with it's level of mass and things will start leveling off. You will have to force some extra calories down at that point.

You simply changed your body composition......losing fat while building muscle.

After the beginner period wears off,you will have to be a lot more precise in your eating habits to continue making progress!

Good luck !
