i am in college and i need a way to get all my calories and protein in and i cannot do this with normal food. what is the best meal replacement bar for me if i am cutting. i am trying to keep my calories around 1900 for now if that makes a difference. i will probably need to use 1-2 of these a day, depending on my schedule for that day.

Jeepster has a recipe for homemade bars that look much better than store bought one.

Do you have access to an oven? Because I would make my own - combine oats, PB, applesauce, whey, egg whites and water and then cook until done.

You could also try a homemade shake. Ground oats+protein powder in a leak proof container. When ready to consume. Add water. Shake and drink.
