anyone have experience with this company and their goods? looks legit from what i read. supposedly hilary swank put on 19 lbs of lean muscle in 2-3 months for her movie "Million Dollar Baby" thanks to their product.

not sure how much intake was involved though.

any input appreciated, thanks.

I occassionally buy their egg whites from my local supermarket, it's a great product IMO.

i use lanas thats what i have in my store, i know colman eats eggology that shits in everyone o his videos, but i know you can get lots of egg recipts on lanaseggs.com i think is the site
