We're going skiing in Vail the 2nd week in February. Since there is no way to carry a cooler & pack my meals as usual, all meals will be eaten in restaurants on the mountain. Breakfast, lunch & dinner. How far back would it set my progress if I gave my diet a vacation as well? I know skiing can be decent cardio, but I definitely don't want to come back 5 pounds heavier. Is it just making the healthiest food choices of what I have available?
