Myself, I am mixing low weights with high reps for 20 minutes and 20 minutes of Cardio. Lots of stretching (Yoga) and good Nutrition of course. Thus far, I have been keeping off 1 pound per week in two weeks time? fingers are crossed for more!! I look forward to hearing from the Weight Losers!!!
maybe you could start a "Weight Gain" thread? Although I do have experience in that area!! (LOL!)
