is soreness or tenderness from a shot normal? I did my shoulder on monday and it's been sore since

If it bothers you in a smaller muscle use the larger areas. Depending on the gear type, and brand, it can happen.

Rear end shots I am pretty much immune to anything.

it killed me to do my shoulder work out yesterday

mudge what is pct

Posted by: fresh007jive

nevermind i just found out. would u suggest doing pct after my first cycle?

IMO you shouldn't even have started without having your PCT planned out from the beginning.

Posted by: fresh007jive

well im sorry im not perfect and didnt think of every last thing before i started.

i was told id be fine by a guy at my gym if i just kept working out and eating properly

Posted by: nyfoley

ive never juiced..but it doesnt seem to me like a very small mistake...PCT is the easiest to obtain...and the guy at the gym is an ass

Its alright to be ignorant...really. Maybe you should've learned a little bit more before sticking yourself with something that could make your nuts shrivle up to the size of rasins.

When I first started reading I came across guys that didn't do PCT depending on the dose and/or it being a first cycle, so unfortunately knowlege depends a lot on the circles you travel, so spreading out a bit is good...

Yes I would suggest a post cycle treatment plan.

Check the stickies at the top of the forum for some info.

mudge, are PCT's ok to buy off websites?

Posted by: Mudge

Such products are all over the research sites.

I'd say go with nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) unless mudge would recommend clomid for your cycle ...

Posted by: fresh007jive

so u would say its ok to buy off websites? cool

Posted by: Cold Iron

yep, as long as its for reserach purposes
