1 container (16 oz) low fat cottage cheese 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained 1 c 2% Milk shredded reduced fat mozzeralla cheese 4 eggs, beaten 1 jar (7 oz) red peppers, well drained chopped (or I imagine fresh red peppers..) 1/3 c 100% grated Parmesan Cheese 1 tsp dried oregano leaves Preheat oven: 350 F. Mix all ingredients juntil well blended. Pour into greased 9 in pie plate Bake 40 min or until center is set |
