I have been very impressed with my PCT results so far as well. I have gained three additional pounds (I actually lost a few at first, but then it reversed), my BF has gone down 1% (according to the calipers), and I've gone up in weight in all of my lifts. For instance, when I finished my cycle, I was doing 4x10 with 75 lb DB's, and now I'm up to 90's. It makes me wonder if I wasn't pushing myself hard enough when I was on cycle. So that's something to look forward to. I was scared I'd lose everything, but it's not that way at all. |
