M4ohn, 1-ad, 4-ad

I've heard that M4OHN is best alone or stacked with 1-test and 4-AD. Would similar results come from 1-AD since it converts to 1-test, or is that a bad idea.
I'd like to run either a cutting cycle with it alone or stack it with 1-AD/4-AD for a bulking cycle that hardens me up a bit.
What do you think?
