When I was reading up on ZMA Fuel, it said that it should be taken at night because when it is zinc or magnesium are taking with calcium, the body will prioritize the calcium and will not absorb the zinc and magnesium. Wouldnt that make taking a multivitamin pointless? I think its just a marketing gimick so they can get you to buy a calcium supp and and a diff one. Just wanted to know if there was ne truth.
