1st ECA stack.. is this any good

i wanna run my first eca stack for 6 weeks
im gonna use 25mg E, 200mg C, and 300 A

1st week: 1 ECA before workout and 1 in the morning on rest days
2nd week: 1 in the morning and one 3 hours later
3rd week: 1 in the moring, 1 3 hours later and one before workout
4th week: im not gonna use it....... some redline before lifting only
5th week: same as in 2nd
6th : same as in 3rd

so i want ur opinion guys... i never tried that before
is this a good way to run it or should i cycle it differently

for optimum fat loss you want to take 3 doses daily. you can run ECA for many months at a time, 4-6 months straight no problem. you may want to start off slow to see how a full dose effects you. some have to split the doses so they just take it more frequently. you want to try to take it 30 minutes before eating. for some this screws up the appetite big time so they must take it with meals. this is where trail and error takes over to see what works best for you.

so u say its better just to run 3 doses a day... but wont i adapt fast to it?

and um when i start up do i go with 3 doses oc 25mg e 100c and 150a a day
